Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, subject to the conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns

We may accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product was delivered damaged.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product remains sealed, untampered, and in its original packaging.

Products must be returned in their original delivery packaging and in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product has been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery.


Condition Requirements

  • Items must be new, sealed, and unopened.
  • All original packaging, shrink wrap, and inserts must be intact.
  • The product must not show signs of use or handling damage.

If these conditions are not met, the return request may be declined.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging return shipment using a registered and trackable courier service. Vinyl.ae is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment only.

Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.


Order Cancellation

Orders placed on the platform cannot be cancelled once confirmed.


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact: support@vinyl.ae within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
